Tape Distancing
You may have seen tape used to mark out how far people in line should stand from one another, in public places that are still open here — supermarkets or drug stores.
Singapore shows what we might see here much more widely deployed, once other public spaces begin to open up in the coming weeks and months.
An Instagram account, @tape_measures, has been documenting the use of tape as an almost architectural element to enforce distancing rules outside of people’s homes.
All I know is, I wish I had invested in whatever companies supply red, yellow, red-and-white, and yellow-and-black tape in that tiny nation. (h/t kottke)
