So far this hibernating has created time for me to make phone calls and go through my backlog of emails. I like to call it hibernating rather than being in quarantine because it seems more like a choice than a requirement. Also, the word hibernating is soothing to me, like a pleasant pause in what has been, until now, a “to do” world. It’s been good to talk with folks I think of often, but don’t take the time to call. And, like most people, I get a gazillion emails each day. It’s good to have the time to go through each and every one of them, deleting some here and there, and using this time to ask myself, “Do I really need to be on that email list?”
